Job Description
TRECON is seeking to hire an Electrical and Instrument engineer to provide instrumentation, control system & electrical systems design and field support. Design and field services will support industrial process control and distribution systems in varied industries including, but not limited to petro-chemical, pulp & paper, biofuels and energy. Prospect must be self-motivated and capable of working in a design capacity as well as field support for initial project survey & scoping, contractor walk thru & oversight, checkout, startup, and troubleshooting.

Desired Skills & Experience
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Plant or Design Experience a plus
- Entry Level Acceptable
- Registered Professional Engineer a plus
Job Duties
- Medium and Low Voltage Power Distribution Equipment and Motor Control
- Variable Frequency Drives
- Sizing and Specifying Instrumentation
- Control System, Panel, and Instrument Wiring Design
- Troubleshooting Instrumentation, Control Elements, Control System Hardware
- Developing and Reading Instrument Loop Diagrams, Wiring Drawings and Motor Elementary Drawings.
- Working knowledge of industrial control systems including but not limited to Emerson DeltaV, Allen Bradley ControlLogix, Honeywell Experion, ABB.
